Williams is not inferior.

I hesitated to use that word, because I did not qualify it. Williams is amazingly slick, for sure, yet I can't say the same for its cushion. There are numerous other soaps which give me a better overall shaving experience. The caveat is they cost 15-20 times as much!

Because of the Blade? poor excuse as the shaves are as good as any straight, DE, SE best one on the market

Listen WhipperSnapper! I only complained about using the same blade across both razors, NORMALLY when not doing to crazy stunt thought up by a deranged Spider, each razor has its own blade, now get off my lawn LOL

No, the blade is the same razor to razor, that has no effect. I disliked the loading process. The magnets, I hated the magnets. There were more factors, but that was the first thing that hit me.

Ok thats impressive @Spider . I agree that doing your method will add near infinate shaves to your total.

At this point I'm pretty much not even loading the brush, just the least bit of dipping the tips in the water and a swirl, then face lather.

I have been running my normal 3 pass shaves, and so far with a light lather on each pass. Today, after I finished pass two, I just felt like there was enough slickness left to try pass three without any more soap. A small touch of water around the face, and bam, BBS finish. Maybe KJ is on to something...

I hadn't even considered how little Williams you need to get a nice, slick shave. You may have made it possible for my modest stockpile to actually last until 3017. What would @Spider do? Make it possible to live two lifetimes on only one type of shave soap.
