Hope the douche that stole the car is cursed for the rest of his days.
Couldn't have said it better... well I could have but then papa dave would get upset. Or tattle tale dave would tell papa dave. At least one of the dave's would just laugh at me. Ugh the daves!

We found his car, still on the base. Looks like someone took it joy riding and drink some hard seltzer. We have our suspicions where the thief is from... we just have to wait for the correct channels to sort it out at this point. What pisses me off the most is it couldn't have happened to a nicer human being at a worse time. Absolute garbage.
Hard seltzer? That rules out all the guys here.

First go with the new strop. Being able to strop on Cotton before the leather made a huge difference. The blade was much more comfortable during the shave. The leather on this one gives more resistance when stropping and feels better to me. I was going to put some CrOx on one side of the cotton, but I may just get a separate cotton strop for that.
The brush from @Graydog performs just as good as it looks. The handle was very comfortable and the know is set to the perfect depth. This is the first time I am using a Maggard’s SHD knot and I am impressed at how soft the tips are. Thanks Steve. I cherish this for a long time to come.
I’m looking forward to next week. Work is unshackling me from my computer and I get to play truck driver for a few days. It’s been quite a while since I got to drive a tractor trailer and am really looking forward to being on the road again.

Beautiful shave tonight. Ended up DFS+. First time trying MdC. I had to load quite a bit of soap after giving it a normal load and the knot hogging it all. Ended up bowl lathering and was very happy with the results. MdC has a much different face feel than what I’m used to, but was a great performer. The Speick Splash played nicely with the soap’s citrus scent as well as confirming I had quite the close shave. It was sting city!
