I was going to try and beat it into submission and while lathering for the 1st pass decided it was to uncomfortable and not enjoyable, why am I doing this. Set aside to reknot......I still haven't used my 2nd anniversary brush to shave. Been hand lathering it every couple of days to hopefully soften it a bit before I allow it to touch my delicate skin.![]()
They poured these full of epoxy is why the knot was so stiff. Oh well. Is what it is.Oh man...that stinks...
That's why I posted. I Wanted to keep others from making the same mistake. Dremel will be the way to go, unless you're like Eric and have the correct Forstner bitI had thought about steaming that knot out and resetting it. I guess that answers that question.
After all this work and expense, I'm not sure of what Knot I'll put in it.........Gunna need a bulk buy of blue knots.
