Thanks Chris and that's 12 hours before starting to get first trace in my problem area. I'm basically still smooth everywhere else.Rare words of praise from Dave! Glad it was a good shave. 12 hours ain’t too shabby!
Hard to tell for certainty but appears epoxy was in my bristles within millimeters of the brush handle lip.Did they put that much epoxy in there, or was the knot just glued into a really deep glue plug? Same result either way, but it would be nice to know if the issue was with the knot itself or how it was set.
Nice post Dave! I am going to need you to tell me how to lather that soap if you wouldn't mind. I used it for "Y" day and I don't think I got it to lather as it is supposed to. Great scent though and the Maggard's Tobacco and Leather splash paired nicely with it.
Don't do it man! Don't let that young'un influence you!I have a dozen soaps set aside that I'm considering doing 3017's with as @Cvargo has influenced me. Have a great day Cadre !!!
I do it like all my soaps. Some have trouble due to their water but I think she reformulated to eliminate any issues. They used to say to use cooler water. Add water slowly till you get consistency you like. Not much more I can say than that and check some of the older videos here of mine or especially KJ who I think has a several this month using MW. Hope that helps!
Says the guy shaving once or twice a week lately.......So...you are going take two weeks to 3017 eleven samples?
Listen Don. Dave set a goal for himself. And no matter how much of a struggle we think this will be for him it’s our job to make jabs and ridicule while supporting at the same time. You go Dave!So...you are going take two weeks to 3017 eleven samples?
I'll take any % I can get to help me succeedI back you 98% on this endeavor
