Bourbon Country Shave Journal - Dave in KY

Dave,

I have really enjoyed your desert island shaves with Sam! They definitely brought a smile to my face from time to time. That being said...I am really glad that soap died! Whew! Now you can get on with some real soap! 🤪 I am really interested to see what the Big Fellow looks like after a replate. Are you going to do a gold or silver finish? Either way...it will look fantastic!

Thanks Don, probably bright nickel since it was silver.

All I can say is AHHHHHHHHHHHHH. Have I had better shaves before ? Probably but after getting off the island this sure felt like the best shave I've ever had.............................at least in awhile. Not that the Vintage Williams wasn't good but just getting a change and a scent besides soap. AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH !!

I took the time to even do a lather and hot water towel (Not Microwaved) before lathering to shave. Everything performed perfectly in chorus together. That's it..................I'm smooth and smelling AMAZING !! Time for a muffin and coffee. Have a stupid fun day Cadre !!!!
