It was a quick shave, and I was short with the cleanup, but I still got an easy, smooth, DFS+.

This soap caught my attention when I was thinking I was going to use Smokey Mounting Cedar. So glad I called the audible. I keep catching whiffs of the scent (post shave) and it makes me smile.

For anyone counting, t-minus 3 days for the Henson Ti-22 release. [emoji41]

Another great Nacet shave. Today I used CBL Bay Rum, which I believe is a master Barber soap. Not much to say, just another winning shave.

Thanksgiving has been loooong and tiring. Slipped in for this shave in the evening. Will try to pop in to the Thanksgiving call for a bit, then some much needed sleep.

Wrote this, but completely forgot to post it. I did say I was tired. Logged into he zoom call and I don't think I said one word. I was tired. Nonetheless, a great time, even if I just listened. Thanks for having me. 👍

Have you gotten your shipping notification from Henson? I’m (Im)patiently waiting 🤦🏼‍♂️Spending $ on Stirling and Simpson brushes in the meantime 🤷‍♂️ This is me currently:

He has a black friday discount, though. Between BF sales and the pre-order, he's probably busy getting everything ready, as he hasn't even updated the website to reflect the full price / release, yet.

He may be toting the whole days order sum to the post office at the end of the day, or over the weekend. Makes sense in my head, fwiw.

From the first to the last on this blade, what a great shave. As per the soap, I really dig this scent. It was an easy, smooth DFS+ and I'm ready go to.

Today we got our Christmas decor up, as I imagine most do on the weekend following Thanksgiving. We don't go crazy with outside lighting, but our house is sure decked out with decorations a plenty. Bring on the merriment! [emoji6]

Just got this email from Hensons Razors. Might be a bit longer for delivery than I had hoped, but completely understandable. Glad they sent something. Bonus for the cool pictures. [emoji106]

"Dear Paul,

Congratulations on the purchase of your Titanium Henson razor!

The razors started to ship out this past Friday and will continue to ship over the next couple of weeks. The region in Canada where our products are being made has been moving into more severe stages of lockdown. This has slowed down production as we continue to follow local guidelines and safety protocols. This is not the timeline we communicated originally, but we're working hard to get all of the orders out the door by December 11th.

We have included pictures of some of the razors that have come off the line. They are coming out beautifully and we are excited to get them into your hands.

We greatly appreciate your patience and look forward to hearing your feedback on the Ti22 razor when you get your hands on it. Please do not hesitate to reach out if you have questions or concerns, as we are happy to chat.

So I decided I wanted to experiment and see how the pre-war tech felt after not using it in so long. As you can see, I listed the Henson's as my razor. The reason: the tech didn't make it past the first pass. I really didn't care for it at all and decided there was no reason to use it if I have the Henson.
So, I not only switched to the Henson for pass 2 and 3, but I also packed the Tech away for a future PIF or sale.

My shave with the Henson was, as usual, awesome. DFS in 3 passes and some cleanup. Can't wait to shave with the Titanium. This is going to be a painfully slow wait. Ooh well.

She’s a looker! Glad Henson sent out communication to ya for an update, that’s gotta feel a bit better now.

Bummer about the Tech!
