Mother’s Day breakfast/brunch this year around was an order out. Hawaiian roll French Toast with strawberries and pineapple, breakfast tacos that had chorizo and scrambled egg with avocado and sour cream, and country fried potatoes. Topped off with a take-home mimosa kit.

I think I could eat pork carnitas every week and not get tired of it.
Had a carnitas burrito Monday that was really good. Next time I order one I'll take a picture and post it here.
Really need to try making my own carnitas.

It's okay, Dave; these are not even made with corn. 
The Mexican store where we normally pick up our empanadas and tamales at also makes their own tortilla wraps, but alas, they were closed today, so this is what the local supermarket had. Not anything close to the same taste as homemade corn tortillas.

Just razzzin ya, + admittedly I am a Mexican Food Snob, from the Mexican Food mecca of the entire planet LOLIt's okay, Dave; these are not even made with corn.
I think it is like that Triple Foam wash, shine, tire protectant and spotfree rinse at a car wash, but in a tortilla
