What ya eatin?

Looks great! You gotta break down the method you used in the BBQ thread if you have a minute—never tried this, but interested.

A family member who works at a Mexican food restaurant, that has closed indefinitely, had a ton of veggies and meat to spare after giving employees as much as they could carry. Good thing we like tacos and fajitas around here. We whipped up some salsa, guacamole, and tortillas and will be putting it to good use.

Fiesta feast!

Went to our natural meat farm down the street today to pick up a bunch of food like beef, pork, chicken etc. Just normal time of year to fill the freezer. But also glad to keep them in business during these difficult times.

So for dinner today is their pork shoulder we put it in the pressure cooker and made bbq pulled pork on their homemade jalapeno cheese sourdough bread
