Jambalaya with sausage for dinner
What in the world is that?
Ground beef with cheese mixed into it, covered in strips of bacon. I would have smoked it but I took the lazy way out and baked it for about an hour and a half. If you Google "smoked fatty" or "smoked bacon bomb" you will find all sorts of rolled Home at bombs stuffed with a variety of things and wrapped in bacon. They are great but very gluttonous.
Yea, kinda, plus stuffed with cheese. Even better if you throw it in the smoker for a couple hours.

I'm still eating on the pulled pork shoulder that I smoked up.
While it tastes really good. I get tired of eating the same thing for 3 days in a row.
Not to mention I need to eat something lighter on my stomach.
May give some to the neighbor and freeze the rest.
