My breakfast this morning. Kashi GoLean Toasted Berry Crisp cereal with skim milk and a mug of skim cafe au lait. Brewed with 23g of Bluestone Sumatra Takengong medium roast with 300g of filtered water and brewed in a french press. I manually frothed the skim milk after heating it up on the stove.

I went scrambled eggs with sausage over ripped up biscuits, covered with gravy and a little hot sauce. Less healthy but tasty.....
