About an hour ago I was in Home Depot getting a plumbing part and I wandered down where the grills are and salivated over the smokers. I'll need to do some research so I get the perfect one for a new obsession......I mean hobby.

Not eating yet... but just popped a pork butt on the smoker! Combo of hickory and cherry wood today. Hopefully it’s ready for dinner tonight

I should have taken a picture of the mountain of meat... But it turned out really good! Pulled it at about 6:00 pm EST, so about 10 hours total cook.

I also prepared a “home made” apple jalapeño BBQ sauce that really set it off! Leftovers for days.

I see you guys talking smokers! No expert, by any means, but I really like BGE (kamado style). It’s super versatile. I’m planning on pizzas tomorrow, so we’ll see how that goes.
