What ya eatin?

I should have taken a picture of the mountain of meat... But it turned out really good! Pulled it at about 6:00 pm EST, so about 10 hours total cook.

I also prepared a ā€œhome madeā€ apple jalapeƱo BBQ sauce that really set it off! Leftovers for days. šŸ˜‹
 
I see you guys talking smokers! No expert, by any means, but I really like BGE (kamado style). Itā€™s super versatile. Iā€™m planning on pizzas tomorrow, so weā€™ll see how that goes.
