What ya eatin?

Went to my neighbors for a BBQ. He cooked up some pork ribs, chicken, burgers and dogs. I had a rib and one of his burgers. He stuffed the burger with cheese and other good stuff and used Pat LeFreda's amazing mix of flat iron, brisket and short rib from US Black Angus beef. Absolutely delicious. The ribs were ok. I much prefer beef ribs. Washed it all down with several (ok, more than several) Bud Lights. Hey, I'm on a diet.
