What ya eatin?

Ahhhh now I know why no recent videos… glasses and is that a little gray adorning your sides? Don’t listen to these miscreants ,
it’s your doughnut eat it how you want.. Especially from a guy who drinks white claw and peach whiskey
 
so this is todays lunch. Tripe and braised pork hock. Both are Korean dishes that are underrated and wonderful to eat. More importantly I made a bone broth soup using beef knucklebones and marrow bones. Simmered for 24 hrs to get this deliciousness. So I ended up with almost 3 qt of leftover broth. Some will go in the freezer and some in the fridge.

Here are a few other things I made. Butternut squash soup for lunch with homemade sourdough.

This is soondooboo (Korean tofu soup with beef and kimchi)

And lastly I did a charcuterie board and it was an easy and delicious dinner the other night. Literally leftovers on a plate. Can’t complain.

Shortages are real!(I'm talking groceries... Not short people like @BarberDave and @Luecke3262 although they are short too) Megan wanted biscuits that come in the tube that she uses for a Christmas roll recipe. All we could find were Pillsbury croissants and grands. But she needed the small homestyle ones. Well after 5 grocery stores finally found them. And while going into the store I hate which did not have the rolls I saw this! And it is so good! Highly recommend!
