What ya eatin?

Same for me since going back to day shift. I don't get up early enough to enjoy a fresh breakfast.
If I were more motivated, I went through a phase where I brought an egg that I microwaved in a small tupperware, an English muffin, a slice of cheese, and a sausage patty. That was living it up!
 
Dont discount a good Breakfast Burrito, they can be magical!
Oh, it don't suck. And I have them make it without potatoes to stay within the carb guidelines. But if I'm going to make any progress on that weight loss thing, I need to switch back to fat free yogurt and granola. Lame.
 
Last night we had a green curry using a sliced freshly roasted chicken, coconut cream, coriander, red grapes, snap peas, red peppers, etc,

I was super hungry so forgot to take a photo so here are some things we cooked in the last few days:

Kalamay is a sticky sweet delicacy that is popular in many regions of the Philippines. It is made of coconut milk, brown sugar, and ground glutinous rice.

Dumpling soup.

Green mango with a salt, garlic and chilli dip.
