Whenever I think of shish leaves, I think of Acqua di Parma's Colonia C.L.U.B. which fans of the original Club, roundly panned when it came out. Personally having recently tested it, I think unjustly, but it's also on AdP for dropping a beloved scent and replacing it with a similarly named scent with only a particular freshness in common.
Shiso comes off as green, spicy, almost prickly, like I'd imagine a nettle to smell. C.L.U.B. steers back to the green aspects found in the OG but with a more youthful bent.
Oshiso however keeps a more old school vibe, in fact I get a lot in common with Minotaur (or Wake Up World) however as is often the case with PG scents, I find his offering a little easier to wear, as it's not as unrelentingly linear.
A cheapie but, a goodie in the high heat...
