@Somnos I don't think the Caribbean Cask was part of the tasting flight when I visited. The Port Wood though...mmmm I purchased a bottle from the distillery before leaving and just finished it last winter. It was delicious.
@NurseDave might just want to go straight for that 21 year Port Wood...you won't regret it, except that you didn't get it sooner.
