my kid broke my ice ball mold and I haven't replaced it yet.

My beer of the day reads like a shave soap label - notes of pine, lemon, and coriander. It's ok.

Craft Ice project Version 2. a bit better. the 12-16 hour freeze time is off a bit more like 24/36 but they are pretty clear. The camera does not contrast it so well. Trying Hot water this time, then on to distilled to see if that makes a difference... Experimentation continues
