Thanks for the input and I’m definitely going in that direction as it offers the user options and this way I’m not making two versions of the same soap and Aftershave.
Given some will purposely have a cooling effect like if I did a Peppermint soap and Aftershave.

Personally...I like menthol/cooling to pretty much all of my soaps. So I would prefer the soaps with a menthol/cooling agent blend.

I will make some soaps that will already having the cooling but for some scents I think it would be best to keep they free of it and have the ability to add a drop or two to either a shave bowl or the tip of the shave brush.

On the food based synthetic cooling agents I’ve notice they are very different in the way they work. They start out mild but build with time. Add a little water and they grow even more. Menthol is more consistent/stable but it does sometimes effect the scent. Especially if it’s an organic EO.

So lots for a soap maker to consider when making products for a diverse market.

There will be a beta version coming out in the next month or two. I've got to get the next few releases out first and then I'll work on that as I have some changes that I think most will enjoy. I'll post up some updates once I start working on the new batch.

UPDATE:

Just a quick one. All my labels for the first release of a few products should be in this week. ( they better lol )
I'll post up some photos of all the products being released once I have the labels on them. I'll probably start a new thread which I haven't done up till now.

Most of my labels are in and I’m jus waiting on the Niche Boutique labels to come and I’ll have everything ready for the release of the first group of ETHOS products.. I’l create a separate thread and post up the photos and information as soon as everything is set to go.

Can't wait to use the new line. I purchased a puck of Dragonsbeard shave soap & have used it 4 - 5 times. That has the potential to be the #1 soap in my den. Looking forward to the new product line to see if it beats out Dragonsbeard. Sounds like a skit on SNL Frank beating Frank for the right to be #1!

UPDATE:

I'd like to address some things that just came up. Because of all the health issues related to the Coronavirus I will not be doing any pass arounds of any of my ETHOS Grooming Essential Shaving products for now as I think it creates more risks which we don't need. It's a decision I've made and I'm sticking to it until we know a lot more about the situation at hand.

I also want you to know that I'll be taking every precaution in relation to manufacturing each and every product I make along with every order I ship out to my customers. I want to reassure my customers that when they receive an order from ETHOS Grooming Essentials that I've used the most sanitary steps possible to ensure my customers that when they open the box that everything in the box has had extra sanitary attention to it. ALso I work in a lab facility most days which is a clean lab and I myself have to go through sanitary procedures before even entering the labs. All the products are currently developed in the labs and now they will also be made in this facility and none of them in my warehouse as I've decided to move all my order fulfilment to the facility instead of my warehouse. So before an order goes out each product will go through a sanitizing procedure before being packed up for shipping.

I hope you all understand my position on this and I thank you!
