Tom's Journal about Shaving and other good stuff

Glad that you found the shave gear. Good lick with the course and the bike hunt. I wanted a bike for a long time then kids came into the picture and the desire for me to get a bike was smashed by tiny feet.

Great to hear from you Tom!

Glad that you found the missing shaving gear!

All I'm going to say about the Motorcyle is BE SAFE! Otherwise Have Fun!

Catching up.. outstanding that you found your razors! It must be a huge relief! I road a 250cc motor-scooter for years. Of course, I worked on a College campus and it afforded me amazing parking opportunities.

So funny thing.... I'm moving again sold the house and we are moving back to apartment living. Closer to the city and less things to worry about. On a plus note, no renos needed and I can still have a decent looking den set up. So stay tuned.

That also means garage parking and since we do not want to rent another spot, my purchase on a bike is put on hold for the interim.

The past few weeks I have used Tabac almost exclusively. It has been wonderful and so easy. Nothing really new on the shave front though. On a more positive note, things are getting more organized and things being used up.

When this forum was made, I promised a few folks a few PIFs. My apologies for not mailing them out sooner but they are in the mail and on your way.

Here are some cool pics I've taken to give you an update of my summer.

Well I don't envy you moving again, but glad to hear it's working out for you! Great pictures!

The move was good. And everything didnt get lost BUT I have no idea where my General is! UGH

On a positive note, I decided to use my first DE the Lord L6. It was a cheapo DE on Amazon and served me very well. Revisiting this again, it is a very mild razor like a Tech and very lightweight. Always left me BBS- or a solid DFS with no irritation with the tried and true Astra SP blade.

So my den is now tucked away and here is a SOTD pic.

Great shave and picture Tom!

Looks like you are all settled in! Hope you find the General!
