Yeah I agree with you. I read the article where my picture can from and the one positive is that when they get older they will be masters in the trade and will not have to search for work to support themselves and their own families... Its tough for us to see but in some parts of the world that's the only thing we can hope for them is that they have wonderful and long lives..

Think I have that one too. Just got 30 of the 1 lb relief valve bags in today so I can roast more up and share with some local friends.

Been doing 220 Celsius I believe is what the dial is and beginning or partly into 2nd crack. Still experimenting. How about you?

First round tonight at 220 Celsius as well. Right at 30 minutes per half pound

Yeah the Guatemalan was DARK at 20 minutes or so. The Columbian takes a little longer but t 30 minutes? Wow, got a pic.

My first try of the sampler pack. I’d say it’s okay. More cocoa notes than berry. Seems like a one note flavor.

I pick up on the notes of coffee the same as I do the scents of shaving soap. I just know I like a nice robust flavor in my coffee and I'm getting it now. I just finished doing another pound of Colombian.
