Do you always get weepers with a new blade? Or were you just used to shaving with a butter knife on that last one and need to readjust your pressure?Gillette Silver Blue........same as I've used for the past 40 years.
More of the second one and less of the first. Yeah...I think I was having to press harder to get better results with the 100+ shaves blade and now I'm trying to dig in with an actual edge. Going easier this morning saw better results. I tell ya....I learn something new all the time in this hobby.Do you always get weepers with a new blade? Or were you just used to shaving with a butter knife on that last one and need to readjust your pressure?
Congratulations on your well used bar stool, with hundreds of layers of thousands of people’s rear-end cooties nestled in its over-varnished perch!and one of them brought me the barstool I had her pick up for me from a very old, very famous restaurant in Los Angeles called Philippe's.
Great....now that's all I can think about. I'll leave it out in the Vegas sun for one day and that might kill all the cooties.Sounds like a great weekend of connection!

I survived exposure to you and @MajorrichI would think if you live in Vegas, you have built up a pretty good immunity to cooties from all over the world.
My wife walked through our (unfinished) bar....and rolled her eyes because I was just sitting there on my new (old) barstool....grinning like a fool. I already have plans to mount a tv up on the wall and watch whole seasons of Dodger baseball from that exact spot. Beer in one hand and sunflower seeds in the other.$5 for a tangible link to a baseball memory is an unbelievable deal. That kind of thing doesn't happen often!
Please tell me you're getting a spitton too!sunflower seeds in the other
I'm not chewing tobacco....and I'm not living in Tombstone. Please tell me you're getting a spitton too!
Sounds like a plan.I already have plans to mount a tv up on the wall and watch whole seasons of Dodger baseball from that exact spot.
Congratulations! Great game, great series. Good to see the original team members raise the Cup right after the captain - classy.Vegas is the Stanley Cup Champs!!!!
The last 6 original Misfits!!! That moment got a huge cheer from the crowd I was in....I can only imagine how loud the crowd was inside the arena when it happened.Congratulations! Great game, great series. Good to see the original team members raise the Cup right after the captain - classy.
Or the crowd outside. How many fans gathered outside? That was really impressive.I can only imagine how loud the crowd was inside the arena
The lady on tv (and I trust her because we actually know her) said it was between 10,000 and 12,000......the crowd inside was 19,048...the largest crowd in T-Mobile history.Or the crowd outside. How many fans gathered outside? That was really impressive.
Awesome.....but not easy to find. 4 stores, 2 farmers markets and a brewpub. Drat....oh wait....there's nationwide shipping......4 pints for $100!!!!!! Nope.Saw this ice cream shop in L.A. that makes ice cream with local beers. I figured this would be the correct place to post it.
