I am focusing on protein. My goal is to hit 200 grams of protein a day. The rest of the diet will be low carb with an emphasis on restricting grains and sugar.A couple days in and I’m watching my diet, but trying to get back to Keto is hard.
What are you guys focusing on to loose weight?
That's a start for sure!I have not tried keto before, so I am starting by cutting out soda and sweets. And stopping at single servings when eating. I also bought a rowing machine and will try and have it put together this week.
