I've said it before...there is no one way. I tried the whole eat less more often approach once and it did not work out well for me. But that's not to say it doesn't work. I think with me though, what I thought was healthy food was a huge issue.I find these discussions about Keto and fasting very interesting as I don't know a lot about them. My first go around losing weight I did the opposite of fasting, I ate small portions every 3 hours. I was steadily losing weight had more energy and felt better than any time in my life. Hope everyone finds their path to success.
I just like to think of how we used to eat, 200, 500, 1000 years ago. I can't imagine the frontiersman stopping every two to three hours from farming or hunting or building or whatever...and pulling out a meal to eat. Then again, those type people worked so hard they were likely burning 5,000 to 6,000 calories a day.
