My 2nd last chart update. I've spent most of the past 6 months floating in the 148-150 lb range. While that's probably my healthy weight, it's nowhere near my goal from Jan.01 to hit 170.
Are we starting this soon? Itās almost 2022!

Boom! and my final weigh in for 2021's weight-gain journey sees up a pound from Christmas feasting, but ending the year down 7 lbs overall at 150 lbs. Not the way I wanted the year to go, but I'll take it.
