This was DC weather today with wind ! Went out in shorts and longsleeve mid layer top for some fresh air twice today! A bit too nippy tbh.Outside weather is perfect, I am again freezing in my office... server room, between 55-60 degrees .
I thought your job was keeping tabs on a certain Eight Legged member around here! I mean...that guy is always causing trouble!Outside weather is perfect, I am again freezing in my office... server room, between 55-60 degrees .
But I know you will succeed and I wish you luck in having to get a whole new wardrobe that will be able to contain all of your new found mass when you complete the challenge and bulk up !!It's Sunday, SUNDAY, SUNDAY! (as Al Roker is wont to say) and my struggles to gain continue....

I know your goal was to put on weight, but you’re definitely getting leaner, which is definitely a win! Congrats. Not all victories can be shown on the scale!Even though my weight is close to on par with how the year started, I have definitely put on muscle. Didn't think I had that much (hidden) fat on me to lose.
Take body measurements! Get a fabric tape measure and measure your waist, belly, chest, arms, neck, thighs, etc..... Repeat measurements weekly or monthly. If the scale isn't moving, but these measurements change, then you know you're losing fat/gaining muscle!cant tell if i’m pretty close to stabilized or trading fat for muscle and/or water.
That’s the plan, i was doing the elec impedance readings from the scale, but i’d like to add in that too. Thanks for the reminder!Take body measurements!
