Just weighted myself. Clothed and after eating supper, I am up over 3.5 lbs from this morning.

Likely the best salad I’ve ever had! Killed my lunch goals and fasted 20 hours before I ate. I’ll have a salad and some chicken for dinner and should round out the day really well!

That looks really GOOD! We made Butter Chicken with Cauliflower Rice, last night.
I used cauliflower for rice as well. The Naan is another story. Looks great fluffed up but I think I don't like the taste of almond flour. Just added more Sriracha.
The Keto Ranch Dressing recipe has 1 cup of Keto mayonnaise and heavy whipping cream. I used 3 table spoons! Nom!!! So much mayo!
