Shave Time!
Razor: Aluminum General/Black Handled SS
Blade: Feather Pro/Feather
Brush: Stirling Boar
Soap: Oz Tik Tok
AS: Oz Tik Tok
I almost pulled out a straight tonight since I had some extra time...it’s probably a good thing I didn’t. Tonight’s shave went about as well as the Eagle’s performance on Monday Night Football last night 
First, I couldn’t seem to get the lather dialed in. It’s been a while since I’ve used Tik Tok, or any of my Oz Shaving Co. soaps, so probably just a familiarity thing. The Stirling Boar behaved itself again and only shed 2 hairs on the initial lather application. So that was a plus. Maybe it’s finally over the hump.
Then the first pass with The General. Again it’s been a while since I’ve pulled out this razor, and it was already loaded with a blade so why not right? Guess that blade should’ve been chucked after the last time I used it. Really rough. I quickly grabbed the Black Handled SS and finished my last 2 passes. All in all, I walked away DFS...after the alum lit me up!

In Other News...
I get the pleasure of representing the company in small claims court on Thursday...a little nervous, but I’m told not to worry. If we lose, we lose. It’ll be via zoom so I won’t get to show up in my best My Cousin Vinnie outfit which is a little disappointing

The area manager, my new boss, was actually surprised when I told him I’ve been working out in the yard since we’re so short staffed. He said, you’re the branch manager...you should be in your office on the internet half the day

Yikes, sorry about the bad shave Steve. Guess it's a good warning about strange blades (or was it strange women lying in ponds, distributing blades?).

Well, at least you can wear a maroon three-piece Lounge Lizard style suit to the zoom call, right? I mean, there will be a video portion, I hope. Lol. [emoji106]

AS: Clubman
Weird shave today. The Stirling Boar has finally stopped shedding! But it seems to be a lather hog. My second pass was done with a rapidly disappearing lather, but WSP performs well enough for me that I got through it unscathed. Went for my usual 3 pass (WTG, XTG, ATG) routine but had to go back for some touch ups. I’ll call the end result a 3 Names BBS*. The big takeaway for me is that the boar is finally behaving!

Current status: wrapped tightly in a blanket and avoiding any trips outdoors at all costs...

The zoom court case on Thursday went well. I was able to pull of my best My Cousin Vinnie and get the plaintiff to settle for $495 rather than the original $3500 he was asking for. Corporate was very happy with that result.

I've been having issues with my boar and badgers and disappearing lather lately. I am almost certain that i just got used to how much less you need to load with a synth and have been underloading. going to be testing that theory tomorrow with my Sterling boar.

The last few months I’ve been just going through the motions and used my Stirling synth exclusively. Maybe I’m having the same issue and just didn’t realize it. Interested to see how you make out with the experiment.

Willie absolutely HATES wearing clothes. If we ever put a sweater or shirt on him he will stand completely still until it’s removed. We’ve actually used this to our advantage a few times during holiday parties to keep him from bouncing on and off people’s laps

Yesterday was a rough day at work. First serious accident on-site in the almost 10 years I’ve been here. Thankfully no one involved was seriously hurt...Can’t wait to have a week at work where nothing interesting happens...
