This is definitely an old school barbershop scent- really enjoy - and took the Paladin for a spin as well. The Ambassador is really aggressive - I usually can’t get it above 2.5 before there is major blade feel - the Derby tames it quite well.

‘’Not quite sure what our plans are - my youngest son wants to go out for lunch - that’s about it.

Another fantastic homage to a now classic frag. I think my other pals did a bang up job describing how this opens upon lathering. Just a pleasant way to start the week.

Thoughts to our Gulf friends - I am hoping they get power restored quickly and families are safe!

Another Calvin Klein Fragrance tribute - this time CK One. Wonderful, comfortable shave - CK One is a great easy reach Fragrance - goes with just about anything. Ironically, the Aftershave scent lasts longer than the actual cologne.

Yesterday was busy - mow the lawn before the rain comes and of course our Monday afternoon tradition of Urban Air.

today is music Therapy day for Aidan.
 
Have never been the biggest CK One fan (my very first girlfriend in middle school wore it constantly and it conjures up bad childhood heartbreak memories akin to an episode of Wonder Years) but I'll be damned if that isn't one slick looking label!

i loved wonder years! - tv shows just like colognes - they just don’t make them like they used to!

That is for sure! all his soaps are homages or dupes - and he is all over the map - uses both Niche and Designer - If he does a 90’s volume 2 - we should put together a competition to guess which one - Hugo Boss would be another good one or Acqua dI Gio, Nautica
