These shaves have become so commonplace, that I feel guilty making you guys read it. So, if you have better things to do, go ahead and do them, I do not mind. The DG soap is one that I am sure you all know that I love. The performance is so great that they are my favorite commercially available soap. The shovelhead makes such short work of any whiskers on my face, that I am pretty sure they just all run and hide when I grab the razor. You do have to be very careful to not apply any pressure though, because they will bite if you look at them wrong. I did make the mistake of adjusting my stretch with the blade on my face and was rewarded with a reminder to not do that again. I really should have known better. The AS is great. My face feels and smells great to go along with the DSBBS.
This brush and my Legacy brush are my 2 most beautiful brushes in my opinion. The 26mm 2 band Maggards knot does not disappoint in any way either. I just love this brush all around. They are constantly adding to the knots they offer. The other day I saw that they now carry silvertip knots. I am curious about them, but I think I will wait to see if they get Manchurians first as that is one of the knots that I have wanted, but never pulled the trigger on. But when I do, I may have to make a handle for it. We shall see.

Nothing to complain about there when the shaves become commonplace! Just think, years ago when you were using the multi-blade contraptions and generic goop what you would have thought of the quality of shave, scent and relaxing time you would have shaving?

The week is over and it couldn't come fast enough. It was a rough one at work. But, the kids are at the grandparents' house for the weekend. We are currently at the drive in theatre. They are showing the new Jurassic Park with Deadpool 2 following it.

Thanks gents. The drive in was great. It rained for about 30 minutes, but that wasn't a big deal. The movies themselves were fun.
