I should be able to do it. It is just a matter of doing it a couple of times to get proficient.

Good morning everyone! Today is a great day in these parts. A big thank you to NurseDave who sent me this sample as well as a few others. I didn't shave yesterday as I slept in and we had an early game. Because of that I wanted the Waterville because it's hey will make short work of anything that stocks up above the skin. I started off by doing 40 laps on the Poor Man's Strop. It really left the Waterville with a nice edge. Then I lathered the Rossa that I had smeared into my bowl with a damp brush. The Sorrentino made short work of that. I could tell when I was slathering it on my mug that I had inadvertently used hot water instead of cold in my half awake stupor. In the back of my mind, I was worried about irritation, but there was nothing I could do now other than rinse it all and stay again. Well, I didn't want to waste it, so I just went with it. I am glad I did. After that first pass, there were a couple spots that were already DFS. I felt excited at that point, so I did the second pass. Now, 95% of my face was smooth enough that I would have been slapped by a doctor. This left me with a decision to make. Do I just do a touch up and get fully BBS or do I do a full pass and see if Flipper is around to have a chat. I did the latter. So, here I am hanging out with him. Wait, what is that Flipper? A scuba diver? Stuck in a sunken boat? OK, I'm coming. Sorry guys, gotta go. Have a great day.

Type G Injector
Sorrentino Tuxedo
Cella
LT VC / Fine Italian Citrus

Today, I would have been better off not shaving. I was smooth enough that only I would have known that I didn't. But, I love to shave, so I did. Well, either the blade just wasn't sharp or my technique was off. Not 100% sure which. I got a good lather of the Cella, then went to shave and all 3 passes were uncomfortable. No minor adjustments seemed to matter. Don't get me wrong, I was BBS, but with a heavy dose of irritation. I even have visible irritation in a couple of places that the Lucky Tiger salve couldn't even make vanish. Tomorrow is another day though.

A la Mancha, was a busy weekend, but a good one. Sunday after church, we helped make some of the decoration for our church's Vacation Bible School. It is only a month away and no one had started yet. Luckily, we have been helping do this enough years that we just went to it and actually made a lot of progress. Everyone took home little projects to do as well. I am a behind the scenes helper all the way, my wife helps with the teaching of it as well. Our church does 2 different runs. One in the morning, and one in the evening. My wife helps with both. The lady in charge of children's ministry who is a good friend of ours always tells everyone that no one is to do both, but Tammy doesn't listen. She does both anyways because she knows how much it helps.

Today was a day where I should have just done a quick shave, but I did not. I was running a little late, it was worth it. The C&CC whipped up into a glorious lather and gave the K11 a great surface to skate around on. This is a very good soap. The performance is not into the elite level, but it is without a doubt more than slick enough to get the shave done with no issues at all. The scent is just heavenly. Ever since trying the Nuavia the other day, I have really started rethinking the performance of all my other soaps. I ended up doing 2 passes and wound up with a DFS. All signs of irritation from yesterday are long gone. I sit here in a cloud of this wonderful aftershave with a smile on my face.

A la Mancha, at work, they hired a new team leader after one had retired. Well, to break him in easily, they are shifting the teams around and I am one of the ones that are being put on his team. This is no issue for me, but it does mean that I have to move desks. I have been in this one for almost 2 years, and while packing it up today, I realized just how much junk I have acquired. I probably tossed at least 10 lbs of random reports and print outs that I had accumulated in the back of my drawers.

Have a great day everyone. Thank you for reading.

Nice read Don. And I am sadly that guy at the office. My office is a mess. Everything else in my life is kept clean and pretty much clutter free. But my office is full of papers I try to go through it occasionally but usually fail. My admin assistant always gives me a hard time, and I know I must have said something to her she disagrees with when she walks out of my office and says, "by the way I threw something away the other day, have you figured out what it is yet?"
