Brought my Nemosine pen to work to test. So far on regular note pad paper, or whatever, it works great and doesn’t spread. I can also write in various text sizes without issue. The fine tip was the way to go. I’m digging this pen.

I just got an email from Josh at Nemosine. He’s sending me a new section, feed, and nib to swap out. Fingers crossed this solves the problem. The pen writes really well when it isn’t dripping lol

Just got the replacement parts for my Singularity. It looks the same as the bad one (not lined up correctly) so we’ll see how it goes. About to ink it up in a few minutes...

Yikes. Hopefully it works. I have two on the way that are taking forever to come in. I don't have a lot of faith in the product anymore.

Been looking a bit and it seems this has been a known issue for a couple years at least. Not necessarily common, but known.
Looks sort of like they had a bad batch or two that got through. A lot of people have no problems with them, but occasionally someone gets a dud.

Hope your new parts work better.

Hadn’t really looked too much into it so I didn’t realize it was a problem....But it looks like the replacement is good to go

This was done in a cheap staples notebook, which seems to be a slight step up from a legal pad or copy paper in terms of fountain pen friendliness.

Can’t really see it on this paper because it’s so absorbent, but the stub nib does give your handwriting a unique touch.
