Pens, inks and related.....

On mine the feed is snug but can freely twist the nib is keyed.

The nib is missing or the bit on the feed that the converter attaches to?

Sorry not the nib. The nib is clearly there lol. I meant the tip at the end of the tines. The last piece where pen touches paper.

Does it look damaged and is there a good pic online of your nib to compare to?
Doesn’t look damaged. It’s really smooth and even. If anything I would just say that it was never tipped. But it still wrote so I’m probably wrong lol. I’ve never seen a Stub nib so I’m not sure what they look like, or what they’re supposed to look like.

well if it helps i think mine 0.6 stub looks pretty much the same as far as shape

That is totally bizarre, I'm not seeing the tipping in the pics anyway. It should look like a little silver ball on the underside of the nib.

If you want further confirmation, post a side image of the tip.

According to some folks on Reddit, stub nibs don’t have any tipping. So I can cross that off lol
maybe just try taking the nib and feed out and cleaning it really well. I recommend doing that over the sink with the drain blocked. those feeds hold an impressive amount of ink.
