Down in the Heart of Texas!

Congratulations, Pat! That's a strong Texan name, even though his middle name is a little foreign. 🤪

I have not shaved since "Q" day so my "R" and "S" shave will be saved until the end of the month, but since we are finally home I did my "T" shave and for that I finally got to try out my sample of Teritus from A&E. I love the scent of this stuff, but I am going to need to use this stuff a few more times before I make my final decision on performance. I used the Voskhod blade for the first time and wow this blade is super smooth. I can see what Dave said about it not being the sharpest, but it held up well against two days worth of growth. Also I am really digging this aftershave from Maggards. This stuff smells awesome and my face feels really nice.

For today's shave I decided to go with CUero OscUro...I know I know it doesn't "start" with a "U", but it does have two in the name. It was pretty cool using this soap after Teritus as I feel they are pretty similar in scent, but I can't decide which one I like more. Got the same wonderful performance as I got with King of Oud so Wholly Kaw is definitely on the WTB list...or NTB. I did three passes with the Voskhod while the Fatboy was on setting 3. Still feel like it is a smooth shave, but I did chase a trouble spot on my chin so we'll see if I have any irritation pop up.
Question for Nuavia Rossa owners. What aftershave do you pair with it? I've been looking at it for a while but it doesn't have a matching aftershave.

Thanks for reading Cadre, and I hope y'all have a great week!
