Straight Razor Shave #189
Pre Shave: Dove Men+Care Deep Clean+ Face Scrub
Razor: Grandad's Union Razor Cutlery Co.
Brush: Paladin Chief Briar 26mm
Soap: RazoRock P.160
Post Shave: Cold Water Rinse, Alum Block, and Dickson's
After Shave: RazoRock P.160 After Shave Balm
Okay so it's a theme.
Another RazoRock soap that I haven't used in a long time. The P.160 smells like amaretto to me. I like the scent and the performance is great.
3 passes and some clean up with Grandad's razor. No nicks or weepers and just a little alum sting. End results BBS
Finished with the matching balm.

Okay so I'm TDY (Temporary Duty) at Eglin AFB for a couple of days so this is my travel kit. Since we drove down I didn't have to worry about TSA rules.
Not much to say about this shave. Platinum is a great soap, after shave, and cologne. The fine brush works great as travel brush. The Rockwell 6S and PolSilver always delivers. No nicks, weepers, or alum sting. BBS+

After Shave: Duke Cannon Cooling After-Shave Balm
Cologne: Zcent Caribbean Holiday EdT
Continuing with the Theme (Have you figured out what it is?)
This is another soap that I haven't used in a while. Dig the scent on this one! Whipped up a typical RazoRock lather, although this one is brown, and proceeded with the shave.
The Klas was ready for the task at hand. 3 passes and a little clean up on the chin and I'm BBS-. Just a couple of slight weepers and the alum only stung on the chin, which was being stubborn today.
Finished with the Duke Cannon and then a few spritzes of the Zcent.

So although this is not a soap, razor, brush, after shave, or cologne, it is shave related.
I hope this will enable me to eliminate a lot of hand sanding on my restorations and such.

Typical Saturday Night, enjoying a new to me Cigar a Plasencia Alma Fuente, much milder than I thought it would be. Very smooth. This was the #9 cigar of 2017. This is an all Nicaraguan blend. According to their website:
Laced with hints of dark chocolate, plum, and cinnamon, the taste is rounded out with finishing notes of oak and molasses.
I do get the chocolate, cinnamon, and oak. I guess the slight and I mean slight sweetness is from the plums and molasses. I paired it with some High West Double Rye. Yeah that works!

That High West Double Rye is a really good whiskey at a really good price! Probably one of the best values out there! I haven't seen Caribbean Holiday yet...and I am assuming by your post it's been out there for a while. Great shave Craig!

After Shave: Myrsol F./Extra After Shave
And the theme goes on.
I had planned on using a straight today, but I over slept and to save time I grabbed the closest DE to me. Great later with the WD Synthetic and 3 passes later and just a tad bit of clean up, I'm BBS. Just a tad little bit of alum sting, one slight weeper.
Finished with the Myrsol, great stuff!

Razor: Klas Tornblom Eskilstuna
Brush: Stirling Soap Co. Finest Badger Shave Brush - 26mm
Soap: Italian Barber Amici
Post Shave: Cold Water Rinse, Alum Block, and Dickson's
After Shave: Clubman Reserve Whiskey Woods After Shave
I think RazoRock makes this soap for Italian Barber so the theme continues.
The Stirling Badger is a great brush for the price. So far a price vs. performance IHMO it's one of the best out there. Whipped up a great lather and proceeded with the shave.
Just for kicks and grins, I took the Klas to the pasted balsa. 25 laps on both sides and then a good stropping on the Heirloom strop.
The edge was noticeably smoother. 3 passes and some touch up on the chin. Picked up a couple of pin head weepers, just a little alum sting, end results was a BBS shave.
Finished with the Whiskey Woods and I'm set to face this Hump Day.
