Bourbon Country Shave Journal - Dave in KY

Home fighting the sinus allergies after dropping truck off for front wheel bearings and alignment since I got the new tires on yesterday. Man I have things to do around the house but head is like a pressure cooker.......resting and playing on the forum instead of anything else
Have you ever tried one of those neti pots? I've never used one, but anatomically they make sense.

My wife has one and seldom uses it. When I see her use it I am soooo jealous watching it flow and picturing it cleaning the sinuses out. I've tried it and fell the pressure building in there and see a drip..........drip...........drip come out the other side. Busted septum must prevent it and is why the pressure builds so much but what do I know. I clean windows for a living ?
Go take a nap Dave! Have a nice R&R day.
Thanks Chris

I can do a Cadre “every other” Friday. And that is a great looking brush!

I have bad sinus also and tried the neti pot. I’m just too congested for it to work. I also tried that power one and it about drowned me and I was still congested.

Friday is the busiest day of my work week, so I can't take Cadre Fridays off. Bummer.

Thanks, I thought it was just me that couldn't use them

OMG..........................I was just thinking, well I can breath a little bit thru my nose. I should try the neti pot again and I had success. VERY excited for that option now at times to use. Thanks for getting me to think about it again NurseMan

Next add a few drops of GTB EdP!

My wife has today because she did parent teacher conferences, and then Monday for holiday. And I'll be working UGH!

We had a couple people in Louisiana die several years ago from using tap water in their neti pot. They received infections from brain-eating amoebas!

Moral of the story is...if you are going to use a neti pot...make sure you use distilled water!

Talking about brain worms (kinda), last weekend the restaurant we went to for dinner asked my wife how she wanted her pork loin cooked. I was like huh? Long story short, they said nobody has gotten brain worms from undercooked pork for 3 years, so now most chefs around Napa like to cook it medium-raw! I'm not doing any research related to that. I just know I associate raw pork with brain worms and I'm not eating any of it that's not fully cooked!

Meant to ask you, have you noticed something that changed? Or just being a generally swell fellow?
Pretty sure Chad mentioned we should all remember a ton of work going on behind the scenes by the 3 top brass so I was just showing appreciation. I'm always a "generally" swell fellow ?
