Sweet Sunday shave. Sheri has a 20 lb turkey roasting in the oven for an early Christmas dinner - smells great.
It’s an overcast, drizzly day here at 40F/4C. Steelers are playing in Philly today at 4, hopefully the weather is better. I’m switching back and forth between the Dallas-Carolina and Giants-Baltimore games right now. Carolina is making Dallas look good, quite remarkably. Baltimore is kicking NY’s butt, of course. Speaking of football, Navy’s slaughter of Army was a pleasant surprise. Army went into the game ranked #22, Navy unranked. I was hoping for a competitive game, but was prepared to see Army win. I love that I was wrong.

Well, the family dinner was wonderful. The kitchen is cleaned up and I’m about to dig into my pumpkin pie w/Cool Whip.

I was getting ready to shave yesterday when my wife asked if I wanted to go to our son’s apartment to help her and him put together some IKEA furniture. I had just enough time to get a quick shower, but no shave, hence today’s shave. Since I had cut my hair this weekend, my whiskers were longer than my hair. A fresh blade today and I’m finally smooth-skinned.
