Its the same 5-blade Harry's razor i used on that dreadful shave episode during vacation a month or so ago. Fresh blade in it this time and it is quite comfortable handle. not sure I am willing to go back to carts full time but did find out that with proper prep and a really fresh blade this could work in a pinch.

I wanted redemption and tried to get it by face lathering off of a puck this time not with a stick. Also finally used my Satin Tip True Black Synthetic brush.

I agree that this Fatboy's new clothes are stellar! When i discussed the scheme with Delta Echo he said i just did one that i think will fit and his "Ghost town" color scheme was born. it is super nice and shaves better now than it did before it went to him.

Boy howdy, naming soaps, naming razor finishes. You'll still remember and talk to us commoners won't ya ??
 
Great set-up TJ! Delta Echo does some great work, refinishing razors and getting them shaving correctly.

Well me and momma got rid of the boys for the night and had a wonderful dinner together. Now I am enjoying a Jack and coke after the meal.

Tonights shave left me wonderfully DFS overall but BBS on my cheeks. Except that the square tip on this razor got me twice leaving a weeper or two.

I started using a LNHC bath bar tonight and I believe it’s going to outlast the 53 uses that the MW bar got. A couple of reasons for that the LNHC is heavier leading me to believe that it is more dense therefore lasting longer. We shall see.

Doh! I was in a rush to order the shaving soaps. Sounds like a should have added some bath soaps as well.
 
LNHC bath soaps are next on my list. My wife has very sensitive skin and she typically uses artisan soaps because of the EOs and the higher quality ingredients. I will be getting the wife some of these. Of course there is a method to my madness here!

Great reads, shaves, and pictures! I'll take credit for the Stirling brush, for the price they are hard to beat!
 
More nice photos, TJ. And that DRH Windsor (from the other day) is a scent that I totally dig. I still have a puck and a/s; may have to dig it out in the near future.

Quick post ad I was and still am dead tired after our date night. We stayed up watching movies til way into the wee hours of yesterday morning and I can’t seem to get over it.
