What do they taste like Wiki says they are native to the Eastern US. Do you know what zones they can be grown in? I wonder if they would grow in 9A
5 through 9! Can be grown in AZ.

Read up on them. There’s some specific things you need to do to grow them. Since I’m in their native range, I’m not sure mine would tolerate your climate. It’d be better to start with a variety that has been successfully kept in your area.
