That reminds me of dinner as a kid when my dad was laid off and between jobs. I remember liking it.

Chicken fried steak and eggs is probably my favorite breakfast. It's how I judge diners. Man I wish it was safe to eat out again!
Gravy: HWC, chopped up sausage, worsheshire (sp?) sauce, beef bullion, onion, garlic and seasonings.
Flour cubed steaks with almond flour, then egg wash, then coat in a mixture of crushed up pork rinds and Parmesan cheese. Pan fry.
Super easy and so delicious.
I use that breading for everything! Chicken tenders, fried zucchini, mozzarella sticks, etc.
