What ya eatin?

I have had 3 neighbors ask what I'm cooking. I might have out done myself this time. One more of cook then 90 min of rest. Almost there!
 
Why does it have to end with summer?


It dosent

I like to have the smoker going year round. But a whole belly is a lot of meat for just me. Trying to get some co workers to come over for some BBQ. But they are busy with their summer plans and all. Still hoping to make it happen, our summer is over in about a month, and I would prefer to enjoy the meal being eaten outside.

If that can't happen. Then maybe a Sunday NFL BBQ indoors.

I think pork belly would go over well.
