That looks like one delicious mess. Onion rolls are my absolute favorite rolls. I don't understand the need to make any other rolls.

What kind of smoker do you have?

I got a 24" camp chef smoke vault. Just cleaned it up last week. Will be posting some BBQ pic's here in the near future.

I cooked up some skirt steaks tonight. I first sprinkled some salt, pepper and garlic powder on both sides and then marinated it in a mix of Teriyaki Sauce (low sodium), Soy Sauce (low sodium) and Worcestershire Sauce. I got pictures of it marinating and on the grill but forgot to take a picture of them on the table. My apologies. For an accompaniment I roasted on the grill some mini-multi-colored potatoes, onions and mini-sweet peppers coated with olive oil. There wasn't much left.

Yes, Gluten free Peanut Butter cookies (I have no problem with gluten but it's and easy recipe the wife has)
