Snack night for dinner

Smoked up some pork loin chops.

Should have taken a pic right out of the smoker. But I couldn't help myself to sampling them first.

PS: They turned out good.

Cheese, sausage and crackers is one of my favorite snacks.

Smoked up some mozzarella, cheddar, muenster and pepper jack cheese when the weather was cooler.

So apparently every week they always have pink sugar and chocolate chip. The other 4 change every week. This week they are:

Churro Nutella
