What ya eatin?

Know what I recently discovered? Light rye bread! Why did I know realize how good that is? Dark rye is a bit strong for me so I would only have rye with a Ruben or such. Light rye adds some nice depth of flavor without being overpowering.

A sort of strange but good brunch today: spaghetti with steamed broccoli, shredded Parmesan, and a touch of Korean kimchi, topped with a fried egg.
