Well, I've cut myself off for a while. I had to clean off the bottles from the buffet to make way for the Christmas village. I used to keep my bottles only on one side of the cabinets over the fridge. They now pack the whole thing with enough space for 3 boxes of cereal for the kids. No. More. Space.

I just walked to Costco and they had Lagavulin 16 still for $75 when the price is going up everywhere else. I was strong. I was strong! But it took all my energy and I feel I need a nap.

Lagavulin is arguably my favorite scotch I have tasted. It's currently $100 here. And I am planning on picking up another one.

They decided to pick me up the whole line of empire.

My Chamomile Saison just went into the keg. Great fermentation, ending at 1.002 gravity making it 8.27% ABV. Perfect for Christmas.
