What are you drinking tonight?

Well after working a late shift today because everyone who took Monday off didn't realize I assume that deadlines don't change and a big project is due tomorrow and they all had to scramble today to get me my info. Which meant working longer then I like. Don't they know I have 30 plus videos in my watch later on Youtube? And if they keep calling me I must press pause? Their lack of planning does not mean they can forgo the chat feature... I am a multitasker. Youtube and respond at same time... But I digress.

So time for spout this one also from @NurseDave and this is the first I have tried anything from this distillery... Color me a fan!

This had to be finished in bourbon barrels because I am getting that slight hint of peanut. That mixed with the peat makes for a nice dram.
