Limoncello
Need the zest of about 15-20 lemons. Just the zest no pith or pulp
add that to high proof bottle of vodka. The better the vodka, the better the limoncello
seal it and place in dark cool cabinet for at least 4-weeks. The longer the better
after 4-weeks make a simple syrup (sugar and water).
Strain zest out of the vodka and add simple syrup to vodka to taste. 1/4 to 1/3 of the syrup. But add more to taste
place in freezer till ice cold
