Today was a busy day of work around the house chores. I started early in the day and now, at 3:30, if I tired and need a reward. So, I opened my bottle of Lagavulin 16 and am enjoying a nice dram. This is quite a tasty scotch. Although there is a good deal of peat, it is not overly smoky , and the whiskey has some wonderful taste to it. This is very well done.
