Coffee roaster arrived today!

Here's what I unpacked. It came with 8 lbs of coffee.

The chaff collector sits in front of the roasting drum. There fins inside the drum to help mix the beans as the drum turns.

It has five roasting profiles, plus you can customize your roast by adjusting time increments. You still monitor the roast and listen for crack 1 and crack 2.

It's about the size as a medium-sized microwave.

I'll be roasting this weekend, after reading the manual and testing it with small batches.

I'm sure you were very familiar with those in the 80's...
I figured if I didn't say what razor came in it and just left it at what came in it one of you jokers would say a razor. So I added that. I think it was probably a GEM razor case because I saw one that looks like this that was made for a GEM...

Pretty sure most were just fine fabric wrapped around cardboard with a logo or wording.
