My Stirling order is in! I put the samples in their new homes before I remembered to post a picture. Oops. Christmas Eve and Dunshire sample sets, White Linen bath soap, and a sample of Vanilla Sandalwood body lotion which is going to Venessa.

Stirling has really expanded their lineup. Enjoy!

Just curious... what area is that? My latest invoice form them said their address was in SC.... but the box was shipped from FL..... but I thought they were still in CA???? So confused.

I went to their shop in Chino, CA. It’s a bit of a stretch to call it a shop though. It had a bunch of dust covered random things on the shelves and there were 2 people there working and most of the conversation I heard was about orders not shipping, or it being 2 weeks and still no delivery after a customer paid for 2 day shipping.
I was a little put off by the whole experience to be honest.
The Grapefroot whipped shave cream on the other hand is absolutely awesome.

I went to the shop in Chino back in 2013, but that was back when the creator of WCS (John Koontz) still owned it. He sold it a year or two after that, and their customer service has really gone downhill since then. They seem to be all driven by profit these days. I prefer other vendors mostly, now.

I received three samples from Grooming Dept: Aion, Tentazione, and Voyage. [emoji846]

I figured since I already drove the 2 hours to Chino I might as well stop by. I’ll be making the 15-20 minute drive to The Handlebar Supply from now on to sniff soaps and fondle brushes.

Well I ordered from a place in NYC, supposedly their last 3 bottles of Humphrey's Maravilla 70 and a jar of Lucky Tiger to get to free shipping and this is what arrived today

Told them I'll take a full refund and a shipping label if they want their Lucky Tiger back. Got a refund from Paypal and waiting to see if they are sending a shipping label................... Frustrating as they say their warehouse shows they still have 3 bottles. What kinda idiot ships a single item when they see 4 items on a ticket.....

Akk, that sucks.

We'll, if you end up getting to keep the Lucky Tiger, would you please give us a review? I have been on the fence about picking some up. Just don't know if it'll be better than my Duke Cannon Menthol (Ive been looking for the same but without the added "Sandalwood" scent).

Thanks.

Till then, Check out @BarberDave videos as he uses it daily

Received my Sagrada Famiglia this evening and took it for a test. Used the new (to me) Injector, as well as my first run with a Shannon's Soap (haymaker). All new stuff this Shave!

The Sagrada Famiglia is a very good brush, with good backbone, and a small size that I can grip easily. I've come to expect this quality from Yaqi, and I'm not disappointed in the least. [emoji846]

On that note, the injector was quite aggressive, as compared to my L (or M?) I had before. It was a nice close shave though. With the help of some Duke Cannon cold Balm, it worked out well.

The soap was good, but I didn't like how the lather disappates on the face so quickly. Still, it was slick enough and worked well.

All in all, three nice acquisitions and one good shave. Now back to our regularly scheduled DE razor. [emoji16]

Pretty grouping there
Thanks.

That's everything I use, minus the two injectors hanging on the cabinet door (and the soaps, etc.).

I'm loving the brush stand I grabbed on a whim. Glued it down with craft glue dots and it works wonderfully. Previously, I dried them bristles up like a heathen. Lol.
