Found a deal for a OneBlade Core, so I pulled the trigger. We'll see if it is any good.


It comes with the razor, a stand, and 10 FHS blades. Not bad for $20.

I’ve seen that deal pop up! It’s gotta be the proprietary blades dragging them down.

It seems like a solid razor. I will let you know after I give it a try. I think you might be correct about the Feather FHS-10 blades. They are expensive and hard to get. I will also give it a try with a de-spined GEM blade to see how it works. I imagine it is not going to get much use once the included 10 pack of blades is gone, but I have wanted to give it a try for a while.

EDIT: I will also be getting a "hand nibbler" from Amazon to mod the GEM blades.

Do we do non-shave acquisitions here? I love mechanical clocks! This one came in last week to replace an old vintage alarm clock that won't keep time any more.
